In the short version....the shares are already there. 3.5 billion of them and around 2.5 billion in the float. A few million shares held by Bill or, sold by Bill will make little difference in the overall action of the pps. The problem with MM's is that they actually manipulate the pps to either encourage buying or selling. Think of how large the Billion number is and how many millions it takes to get to even one. Now, look at our volume. If people will watch the cmf, rsi, A/D and other technical data, as well as pay attention to news, etc., you can actually see this taking place.
I am not trying to jump anyone's ass here, but, to indicate that one person can cause it.....I don't think so. GLTA
