Too many large projects at work and at home to post much recently.
Everyone with a real interest in BCAP needs to have a serious discussion about the company direction going forward (not just the shareholders, but also the manager).
At $0.0001-3 buyers are acquiring a percentage of cheap convertible debt and hoping the manager represents their interests well. I would say there's a hung jury at present. Over the past 7 months some good thing have happened, some bad.
Matt may well understand convertible debt and increase the asset base, but the jury has to be out on representing shareholder interests (A/S increase and communication skills).
I believe the current shareholders understand the parameters. It's really an issue of constant re-examination in public so prospective shareholders can understand what they're buying into (or not). That's the battle.
