not the investor whose had a GTC there for weeks now 
notice *those* who CONtroll what is *shown* via l2
aren't willing to show *legit* bids .. just their bogus round
of *resets*
they relo'd the ask back to 0999 so someone will hit the ask
and make it easier for them to *reset*
the problem with these mo-rons
is we all know their drill .. and most of us have more *markers*
than we ever *anticipated* re: PTOI
and how ironic >> that *round* @ 085 is where my next speed bump
had been planned (and will be placed) tomorrow
should be a very revealing month and Q
