if you will read my posts u will see that the agencies and the non agencies they politically green light consider a promo by a non current co to be a fraud upon investors

not just otc but sec w its rule 12b or 17b or whatever
and fbi which conducts sting operations against non current co's- as they did with that other co where my stock went from almost 200,000 to ca 600 in an untradeable global lock and that co was limited info at the time of the failed 2009 or 2010 promo -not no info

they allow no info as long as no promotion activities but promotion is broadly defined by various actors who work together snyergystically as any PR or email to investors by the co or even 3rd party newsletters the co has not even contracted with especially re revenues

so once a co transitions to substantial revenues as its clear from songbirds list of catalysts or revenues as PR'd recently by nnlx these agencies and other entities consider it a no no to be a no info co

the co i was in truthfully PR'd upcoming revenue based on actual inventory and purchase agreements w buyers etc

this caused pps to rise-which was killing shorters so they called otc and falsely said the co was running a massive newsletter promotion
otc without any investigation except looking at charts to see pps rising told me personally on the phone they assumed there was a promo because pps doesnt rise in no info or limited info co's without a promo-thats their belief and mind set
so a co has to upgrade to current before a strong pps rise earns a ce

and thats important to us because a ce stops almost all buying
brokers use the ce as an excuse to block buying and only allows investors to sell thier entire positions at once-impossible w a large position at often high penalty broker fees of 750 to 1100

it puts the no info co on the politically mandated sec's radar re insider trading and violation of rule 12b and17b whatever re fraud

it puts the co on the politically mandated fbi's radar for sting operations re promos and the reason why the co i was in did NOT do promos anymore was because they were a victim of such an fbi sting operation years earlier when they were a limited info co
and out of that sting operation because the ceo paid a promoter when the co was not current info the ceo got jail house arrest 3 years probation lost his co and his woman even though a judge later dismissed all sec charges against the co after they had gone thru every wastebasket and transfer agents records etc

it should be abundantly clear -once co's transition to substantial revenues they are no longer allowed to be non current w otc

its unbelievable but its true -when these things happened to longs in that other co we couldnt believe it

then dtc gets into the act-dtcc thru its nominee cede and co owns all the stock not held in physical certificate form of usa co's -and acts as a super electronic clearinghouse -so when dtc puts a co on a trade for trade brokers have to manually match trades

and when dtc levies a chill ALL trading except for physical certificates not held by dtc stops-and dtc until 2013 didt even have due process whitepaper to even allow co's to have due process to remove a chill -not yet implemented so the stock we are still sitting in dtc chill/global lock
all because the co wasnt current info when they paid a promoter -who was an fbi informer as part of an fbi sting operation aganst these non current pennies and other allegations

and because pps rose substantially when the the co PR'd expected revenue when the co had been limited info -and 1 day before they became no info while planning on audited financials and uplisting to otcqb

once shorters used thier playbook to call otc and falsely tell them there was a promo otc slapped the ce and the whole thing snowballed -and this was back in 2009-2012 when these agencies had just begun producing the fruit of thier unconstitutional mandate to destroy non current low pennies because the politician who decided business was evil decided business had to be stopped -he was powerless to do anything about big business as he discovered in 2009 so he ordered agencies to target the low non current pennies

so as cramer just said the other night this is not the laizzez faire -too tired -stock env of the bush admin and the sec is not protecting the back of retail
there were articles about this sea change in the penny market back in sept -nov 2009

and its been a very obvious market wide dragnet against thousands of low non current pennies ever since w thousands of pennies since being restricted by brokers who then short our own stock against us in margin accounts

and i didnt even know shorters existed when my friend dragged me in because i had less than zero interest in stocks and only got in to help him and save his and his families lives because thats 1 of things i unselfishly do
just as i unselfishly start kicked this hangout board as an an alternative to the basher boards even though biotechs were outside of my comfort zone and spent scores of hours solving basher problems especially because others didnt have the methodology to do so and rejected the easiest solution
i thought re shorters- has society come to this -people are actually rewarded for destroying rather than building
its obvious from my posts i'm not a basher or shorter -dont even know how to short

im doing a community service as usual by warning the co and longs re this situation -i explained these things in detail before on public board and much greater detail privately and just cannot believe the resistance against warning the co re this for the benefit of longs and the co -so a strident long who has cost me hundreds of hours over the months training them owes me much more than a public apology for publicly falsely accusing me on a board i kickstarted as an alternative to the basher boards and dealing w thier constant demands

u cant be so ''pro'' co that u end up hurting the co by failing to warn the co about the dangers of a transition to substantial revenue while being non-current when all these agencies and entities consider this a no no and thus have brought sanctions against thousands of such co's since 2009

people should be thanking me for opening this avenue for longs and spending scores of hours fighting bashers here and getting them removed -something u dont see on other boards but it took time and a thinking approach -not a fly off the handle approach which would've got mods into trouble plus the thousands of hours i've spent here gaining the trust of admin

i've been following this since 2010 -an eternity in pennies- but i tell you u have a closed group here which is hard to break into and more basher phobic than any group i've seen-maybe for good reason as the person who has various monikers is probably the most strident basher i've ever seen

but u cant call somebody a fearmonger and defacto basher and ask them to step down as mod just because he warns you and the co about something nobody here was even aware of until i started explaining these things on a board i kickstarted -thats unheard of
do u openly attack your boss publicly at work or attack admin publicly on ihub or anywhere and how did that turn out for you-those knee jerk reactions will get u fired at work and banned on any board and loss of position on any board -and i already spent many hours explaining this privately w no apparent availl

the only qualification to be on this board is to be a non basher -why-because bashers and shorters usually one and the same continually spout pathological lies that they know are not true for profit -which is theft

i've always unselfishly sacrificed my life to help others without pay or profit as i've done here to greatly benefit longs

because my best friend who i trusted made a 40 fold return and needed my help to help avoid foreclosure -he only started w 2000 not enough to solve his problems -and because money markets etc were paying defaco zero and just because i conventiently just had a large sum of money from the sale of a property and despite resisting for 6 months since i had no interest in stocks and following proper protocol in making these decisions i got into this to maintain the close contact w my friends necessary to deliver his family from a cult-i grew up in a cult by birth myself and my purpose was to save my friends lives

my portfolio before otc dtc sec fbi brokers mm's etc attacked the co's i was in was ca 250,000

now its ca 5000 -my stock of almost 200 000 in that one co became only ca 600
i;m not stupid enough to go thru that again and if people have any reason and follow the scientific method and do thier research they will see the truth of these things and seriously consider these things and warn the co for the co and longs benefit

because if any part of this happens to nnlx, and it should as per otc's own warnings i posted-reflecting the view of the sec and fbi and dtc and brokers also,

longs will be playing the blame game and threatening attacking those who didnt warn them

when i went thru this nobody had ever seen thing anything like this unconstitutional taking against innocent 3rd party purchasers before but now its a well known political methodology these entities obey due to that politicians orders to destroy these non current pennies

i lost over 200000 market value for the privilege of warning u re these things so nnlx doesnt play w fire in its transition to revenue while still non current

upgrading to current is easy BEFORE a ce -very difficult after a ce esp when the snow ball effect begins

a ce will imo destroy any fundraising -why would anybody buy pipes-convertible or not -in a ce company

and with transition to revenue shouldnt need such funding going forward and thus shouldnt be a need to keep pipe pps secret

btw its nobodies business whether i'm an investor and i never told anybody i was not an investor so i didnt think i had to answer that accusation
