I am betting we officially passed inspection on or around August 24th or the 25th hence this PR on the 25th of August

Press releases cost money and I am sure Creative didn't want to jump the gun and waste a PR on an inspection that turned in deffencies back in July.
Later Bill notes in a PR that deffencies were immediatley addressed. Immediatley to me means right away, hence again the PR in August confirming inspection. The electrical inspection was not originally part of the original inspection process so that will not hold up the inspection process.
We passed inspection. Bill and IR has stated that test grows are authorized once inspection is passed. We now await a completed test grow cycle and test results to send HC. If test results are good. We wait for HC to issue the license.
