chart doesn't support his claim. stock ran to over

and the "sell-off"? if anything, coincided more with the restriction removal
but filings show mostly employees got shares. can't imaging they are selling. can't even if they wanted to. just because shares come off restriction does'nt mean they're immediately available. still bureaucratic paperwork to manage
(but shorts can convince the dumb-dumbs. work to tank the price. then when the certs do clear, and on most stocks holders usually dump, shorts can cover easily without the price moving away from them; that's not held for ntek. people have been holding shares. my math says so. otherwise i wouldn't be buying this range. i'd wait lower)
so, the only story that fits what we're seeing is profit taking. from flippers. sellers. some previous share dilution (that came of restriction and sold into the run perhaps). and short interest taking advantage of the story they make up and sell to the ignorant
fins don't fit the bill. funny though how people pick and chose what they believe. filings, form 15, dark, yet when it suits them they point to filings. hilarious if you keep track of all the garbage-lies people spew
i could be wrong. but that's my take. fits most of the evidence. and anyone who doesn't like it can make up their own
i'm still adding anyway. hoping i get lucky. score some 5's for a cool 1.5mill
