Hock was kind enough to point out a flaw in my original post which could have been the grounds for removal as off topic so I just reposted a corrected post.
Lets see if it too is removed or if it is responded to. Will also be telling if it is removed by administration for that will confirm IHUB's involvement.

Will IHUB be a party to the suit? Do you have their approval to solicit clients? I would think there would be a conflict with your being a moderator on one hand and lead counsel on the other. Are you considered to be part of IHUB administration?
