VERO BEACH, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 10/07/14 -- PureSpectrum, Inc.(PSRU) announced today that it has appointed Gregory F. Gustin as its new Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer to lead the Company through its change into the Commodities Industry.
