The last three out of 4 weeks show heavy FITX selling pressure with buying not really kicking in until RSI (weekly) was in the 41 range. Next week watch for .0527 first level resistance and if a breakthrough occurs then look for .0573 resistance. Also note .0552 is trendline resistance then trendline support. The larger scale selling over this length of time indicates to me this is primarily block selling. This could be key people /insiders selling shares to capitalize ongoing operations as HC licensing continues to drag on. The Lakeshore noise IMO is really a non issue that will eventually be cleared up. Meanwhile, I expect that unless real significant news (such as a merger) occurs that we are likely to see PPS/Volume bounce off resistance points and move back towards new lows. (See previous TA) If significant news comes out we could see a rapid move up in PPS but with all the negatives being such highly profiled and because delays do not mean there is not the need to pay operating overhead, it is IMO a great opportunity to continue accumulating. For those that follow my TA please note the above is also consistent with previous TA posts I recently made.
A quick word on some recent board activity: Personally, I welcome any and all opinions to be expressed so long as they are civil and are not personal attacks. Questioning previous actions of FITX along with looking at future actions (intended) provides shareholders a means to measure progress or setbacks and to then plan for YOUR portfolio accordingly. I have said many times that for me personally I am a long and have a 5 year plan. I use the dips (all of which I have called based on TA) to accumulate shares. I tend to avoid selling shares because while I have very high confidence in my TA I am not wanting to chase PPS. That is just me though.
It is IMO an unnecessary use of energy to bash and/or defend a position based on emotions especially since those emotions are being played out on almost a daily basis in public for all to see.
In reality, due diligence combined with information made publicly available within legal constraints is really all we have as investors and from that data we get TA, (compiled data based on historic performance) which allows projecting a likely (future) outcome. Unlike defending or attacking an emotional position TA is all about no emotion, factual data, used for making projections.
I really encourage those who disregard TA to consider making a study of TA and I encourage those using TA to post that TA along with the basis for your projections. Be specific because together we can all benefit.
One thing I want to stress here is this. Those who plan to stay in this stock for a long period of time will not be moved off their positions by those who come on this board intending to disrupt. You will be long gone, off trying to destroy another stock while we will remain. You know who you are and so do we. Time will tell and I will be there at the finish line with you.
