leave it out of your filings. Even if you only gave up 50 million shares for that
acquisition.
Our only chance here is Wilson, Jenson, Arshad, James and Naumu get the
balls to move on something. They were presented with a very legit oil deal
and all they had to do was issue $50,000 in shares at a fair conversion rate.
Naumu and Wilson screwed that up. My guess is they don't want an oil deal
until they know they can capitalize on it.
