the only *sophisticated* PIPE investors were some of what i call *aromatics*
co.s founder did something unique .. made friends and family the VCs
for P2O
but he too *imo* underestimated just how *predatory* the OTC is
that said the *key* (as i've noted for YEARS) is the share structure
but only with mgmt's execution of material events that can't be misinterpreted by those *paid* to do so daily
will it become obvious to some
