Mr. Samblis, great accomplishments in your efforts to make ICPA a success, very encouraging.

However, I am just like 34tharmor, a loyal supporter of ICPA, sinking all my money into ICPA and suffering a great loss in paper; got trapped by mm shorties in these low stock prices for the last 6 months and cannot get out of this misery.  We have invested millions of dollars in ICPA but sp keep dropping like a rock to the ground.  If you say that you did not benefit from our investments, then the only other possibility is that market makers keep shorting our stock without any limit.  Can you please contact SEC about the possibility that illegal shorting ICPA from the domestic and  foreign accounts ?  Without SEC's help, all our money will be gone, shorted to death. Please help rescue ICPA sp to a respectable level.  Thanks.
