He said in the next week or so. The 1 billion shares is not out there in the outstanding shares yet. It is just in the authorized shares. This is an old note holder that gave the Old CEO a deal for $100,000 and he has been unable to get his money back for 4 years. Joel is going to try and make that happen. So that would be like a buy back. Taking us from 10.1 to 9.1b billion authorized.
