Tumi dropped Cinco Minas because they could not make the scheduled payments in the agreement, NOT because it was not economically feasible. These facts are well documented.
In Bandera's case they simply could not come up with more than the $50,000 option deposit. Once the date for second payment of $200,00 came around they had already finished their promotion and had no further need for the property. MSJ - George Barnett took them to court for breach of contract and that's when all hell broke loose. Lawsuit is to distract Bandera investors of the real facts.
Real Facts Are:
1. MSJ is no longer the title holder of these properties
2. Even if Bandera was to win lawsuit with MSJ they could not claim Cinco Minas because
it is no longer in the name of MSJ
3. Search the official Mexican Mining Registry http://www.economia-dgm.gob.mx
enter the title number CINCO MINAS: 221757, 224599, 224767, 221866, 221865, 221864, 224768, 224770, 221455, 221760 AND GRAN CABRERA: 205578, 219941, 219942, 220964, 220533
Here is a shortcut to search if you don't understand spanish:

Had the the pictures on Southridge website looked at by a professional. They are real and were not altered or photoshopped in any way.
