The 100 million shares left to the old number would be 8.6 million but I don't think they could get that much more like 2-3 million if that. Once they start dumping share price will go through the floor. Their M/O is PR then dump shares to a certain price share level.
Who knows maybe they got a new advisor that told them to raise the A/S a percentage above the O/S.
