FYI, fellow TYTANISTAS...

Hi John

Transfer Online has the same policy with every one about the so called gag deal. They require written permission. The reason I believe is that they would have to higher people to take those calls. It would be a huge increase in calls by all their customers stockholders.

The comments were far better then you have heard. You only here about a few who have their hands in the cookie jar too.

Mark,

Loved the web responses to the idiots!

Regrettably, you've gotten criticism from investors both longs and shorts since I've been invested in you and Tytan. Some are already snickering at the Mailbag. I see it as an great opportunity for us to get to know you better. Please, keep it coming on a regular basis, or the boo birds will be out with double the energy.

Question for you... are you giving consideration to ungagging the transfer agent post split? That situation and the necessary stock sales that some called "dilution" created a bad combination, in my opinion. Whereas it could definitely add to the interest in Tytan shares from potential new investors if that constraint is eliminated concurrent with the upcoming news. Just a thought, not a criticism.

Don't forget those marketing materials when you're ready! My Kubota's due for service... great time to have a chat while the dealer while he is taking my money.

Best regards,

John
