A short Conversation with Garry last night. I called when he asked....voice mail...I left a message that I would try back in 30...he called back in 15.....seemed rushed....First Question was about Virtutone and what they released for earnings...he said that was right and they are a Canadian Company trading on the Canadian Stock Exchange. So the figures are in Can. Dollars. He said they were in " BED " with us. Their goal is to be traded on the American Stock Exchange. I think that is where we come in...Merger ? The Company is growing rapidly and I think it will make our numbers bigger than we could imagine...Where have I heard that before ? A spin off at a later date will give each shareholder of DUTV a position with them when they leave...IMO.
Where in the H311 is our Attorney Letter ? He said it will be here this week and not to fret about possible opinions of wrong info on filings. He said he was real busy and is doing his best .
He said that the Filings will be on time. WOW...that will be the first time ever...he said I know ..I know and there is a chance at an early release...if it hits Friday...I know Sunyn will be happy...lol I got the impression it was very important for this one to be out ASAP. Big things going on I think.
His instruction on the 2 Company's that he mentioned a couple of weeks ago Virtutone and Akirix was for us to look into them. He did not touch on Akirix last night because he had to take a call . I am going to Assume that they are in " BED " with us as well.
If we are doing a Merger with these guys...will he do it before we uplist or after ? Will he need the Numbers from them to do so ? I had a hundred more questions for him but he said he HAD to take this call...oh well...at least we got some info...I wonder if his Bi Weekly will be the Attorney's Letter , the Filings or will he give us some updates ?
