Facts-MNGG received two checks recently--Pictures have been posted.
As reported by Joel(CEO for those that did not know)-they will be used for buying shares and returning them to the company for retirement-Thus reducing the share structure and giving more value to the currently held shares.

The total amount of the buyback has yet to be confirmed.
