BUT OBVIOUSLY they are reluctant to NAME the company because TO NAME IT IS TO ADMIT that there is an active processor sale effort underway.
So explain what is holding back shareholders from naming that company since you believe the adversaries already know the name.
The company isn't being named because the relationship is tenuous, at best.
What happens when the company walks away because there really is nothing worth person?
That's what I expect will be the next chapter in this tragicomedy.
