To gain all-round development in technology and education, and maintain customer resource, the Company will look at mergers and acquisitions in order to be able tomerge some relevant enterprises in stages, which include the following verticals:
The Company will look at acquiring a game development company, with the purpose of enhancing the Company's technical platform as a means to keep on developing innovating game modes to meet the demands of the market;
Education training company: although online learning is convenient and not limited by time and space, it still has certain disadvantages, because some special subjects and learning methods cannot be explained clearly and thoroughly. Therefore, merging the companies with certain educational training abilities can not only increase the number of online members, but also provide better service to members and allow the Company to evolve its brick and mortar business.
