Initial agreement July 2010. Extended 2 years June 2013. "The FTTA (Federal Technology Transfer Act) Agreement is between NanoLogix, Incorporated and the National Exposure Research Laboratory (NERL). Other than what is stated in the EPA internal press release linked below,details of the CRADA are classified and exempt from the FOIA for a period of five years from the initial contract date."
