My best guess is it was already known and document

You have to remember as a CEO representing a potential multi Million (billion?) dollar company and industry, you need to be calm in times such as these and deliver only facts not personal opinions, he did just that time and time again and not let feelings get in the way.
Lets all give a shout-out to Bill showing true professionalism throughout this whole process. I am extremely impressed by our CEO and he scored huge points with me by issuing a statement immediatly addressing concerns.
It was brought up by numerous shareholders yesterday and it spread like crazy with tons of investor interest. The company felt by issuing an official press release it was in EVERYONES best interest including the town.
If you notice in the press release he made it a point to address that to his knowledge a letter from council was never sent to HC.
You have to ask yourself since HC already has all these documents proving that zoning was complied with before a ready to build or an inspection was completed, would the letter have of mattered anyway?
I say absolutley not. The license would have and will be issued anyway.
You can't say everything is complied with then have a government agency come out spending thousands of tax-payers dollars in the process. then say, oh wait, no, sorry. That's probably not going to sit well or fly. Once you submit and it gets approved (which it has essentially), you confirmed the project is ready to roll in your town, end of story.
GLTA!!
