I find it hilarious people still believe in KMAG
It's a game. The resident pumpers have arranged for at least 3 channel trades from 005-01. Sucker the "believers" to dive in deeper. The last attempt with the KMAGinary Form 10 not only fell short, but had a lot of expensive paint trying to paint it up in the 008-01 range. They are stuck along with the cult herd they preyed upon. Even if they can paint it up to 01 based on pure conspiracy nonsense, the cult herd is tapped out. No volume to sell into. The pumpers are going to have to fight with each other to get out.
Then as part of the pumping one has ghost tweeters. At another site they let it slip: Group think about what a ghost tweet should say. Then through a single point of contact, they submit a "tweet request" to the CEO. If cleared it's tweeted. The only problem is the ghost tweeters are ignorant of SEC regulations. Thus, first came a Super 8K was going to uplist the stock. After many forum corrections, the tweet changed to a Forum 10. Then a confidentially submitted Form 10 under the Jobs Act. They even started the filing ticker on 20-Jun, unaware of the 60 day ticker for a real Form 10. They have totally screwed up on everything they have tweeted.
Currently they have been reduced to brain washing the cult herd into believing there is a NSS+MM+SEC+FINRA NSS conspiracy. I keep on poking the weak spot: You have evidence, file a class action lawsuit against the evil ones. One can only imagine a Fed Judge reading a briefing: There is evidence of a conspiracy involving the SEC, because we read posts about it on IHUB.
What's amazing the trapped and tapped out cult herd keeps believing. Or are they just pumpers trying to pump something totally lame? Hard to tell at times.
Only thing that ends the circus will be SEC litigation. Where Reid's other company TRII needs to be suspended first.
