If you are correct, and those are Alen 121's shares, it won't be too long before the so called lawyer convinces Alen 121 to sell at a lower price. He may then have a case against those calling TEVE a scam and saying it would go to .0001 etc.. Those statements are all a matter of public record and will not disappear. Threatening a publicly traded company with litigation which causes a drop in the shareprice and causes some to sell could have consequences as well. Meanwhile TEVE continues to win contracts and generate revenues. Go TEVE!!!
