the switch just needs to be flipped back on at congress after inspection ,keystone is a work in progress but the ore has bin tested and is 10 tons= .8 ounce =200K ore ready to process.Keystone probably has millions of tons of ore to process once it is all broken up of the hills ,mngg is just working 5 acres right now but can work a lot more according to the lease
