LOL, Bill and the management team know all about this...hence his confidence and responses over the recent council meeting Bulls**t. He's a lawyer, has all records of any FITX proceedings. HC's lack of efficiency toward issuing license in a timely manor has created this debacle, thereby allowing the bashing bs to continue. I'm thoroughly pissed due to the fact that we have acquired financing and "the plan" has been compromised. If, in fact, we are growing (reference Bill's statements), this should aid in keeping pace with "the plan" timelines. With all the activity at the facility with the master grower in and out of the facility lately, logically, there's no reason to doubt we are growing.

I'm still amazed by the posturing of town council. As individuals, I'm sure they're mostly good people. As a group, reminds me of the keystone cops....reasoning and logic totally out the window. But this is politics. Still no excuse for screwing with the security of my investment. As public officials, their tampering is actually worse than the social media bashers....they have responsibility to satisfy the public majority. For the few f**ktards that are just waking up to the idea that MMJ is in their backyard...you can't fix stupid. Perhaps I'm wrong, but IMO, someone on council is receiving dirty compensation from somebody or some entity. If I'm a gambling man (obviously I am with FITX), my bet is on the mayor. Sorry Tom Bain, but what do you expect when you're in a leadership role and flip sides....dangerously interfering in thousands of investors.
