I talked to Bill Swalm today. He was great, but as we all know he can't reveal much. Here's a quick synopsis|
Q) Have the deficiencies been addressed and are we waiting for a re-Inspect?
A) To his knowledge they have all been addressed. The electrical was a new regulation, not a deficiency. As far as he knows, there is no need for a reinspection and they aren't expecting one, but HC can do whatever they want.
Q) What are your feelings about the letter from counsel?
A) It's not a worry. It happens in all towns opening such facilities. Just to paraphrase in my own words, Can you blame them. There is a stigma attached to marijuana and a lot of unknowns. Also, it's an election year and we understand that.
Q) Are you growing right now?
A) He couldn't say, but then he looked up and quoted Bill from an interview last month in which he said, "After pre-licensing, if you’re approved they will allow you to start growing while you wait for your license to be issued,” said Chaaban about inspection.
Q) What's the reason for the Ukranian law firm?
A) They are leaders in marijuana and hemp. We want to also working on getting approval for importing and exporting.
Q) Are you looking to uplift to an American or Canadian exchange?
A). We are looking at both. Whatever is best for the company and shareholders
Q) Is the audit done? (He clarifies the merger one)
A). He said he can't comment, but they are working with RXNB's president closely on numerous issues
Finally, he ended by saying we would get many of our big questions answered at the Open House! I know this is vague, but it's all I got. I hope it can ease some of your concerns. I felt very confident after talking to him based on his confidence and excitement! Also, he did clarify the application and inspection was to grow all 1.3 million pounds!
