Talked to Joel. Ok here we go. No reverse split. Whatever portion of money they spend to buy back is yet to be determined. I asked that if everyone holds there shares forever, how can you drop the authorized shares to 1 billion or so, and also drop the float to 500 million?

I did not understand but now I do. The current price can be no lower than it is. Because of that, when the price hits .0005 many will sell and the company will buy whatever portion. Yet to be revealed. As the price goes up more will sell. allowing the company to buy more. It would be hard to hold every share forever if you see 1000% gains or 2000% gains. The higher it goes the more folks will sell. And the company will just keep buying at an unknown rate.

The part I did not know was that when the company buys back the shares. They are canceled and the money goes right back into the treasury of the company. That is the way it goes. Makes perfect sense. Joel may come on later tonight and chat for a bit. It's 9pm here and 6pm where he is.

I was also made aware that his future time on the chat boards will become very limited. I am invested in AMBS and the CEO was advised the same thing. You don't want the man with the big vision spending time talking about every little this and that. My hope is we can afford an investor relations department some day. I would love to help if I could. Joel is the spearhead of this entire project. I want him to focus on growth and finding gold and other opportunities for shareholders. It's hard to do spending hours a day on social media.

If you still have legitimate questions I suggest we start a list and work on it this weekend. Then we can sticky it and use it as a reference for the CC Joel told me that was still on for Monday.

Thanks to Joel for sharing and thanks to my fellow investors for taking the time to read.
