Sunworks in Roseville is tripling its space with a move to office and warehouse space at 1010 Winding Creek Drive.
The company designs, finances and installs solar photovoltaic systems for residential, commercial and farms.
It should move into the new space by the end of this month. The company's previous office was at 1358 Blue Oaks Drive in Roseville.
The new space is about 19,000 square feet, and is necessary to keep up with the growth of the company, said Jim Nelson, CEO of Solar3D Inc. (OTC: SLTD), the parent company of Sunworks.
Goleta-based Solar3D bought Sunworks in a deal that closed earlier this year. It has offices in Roseville and Las Vegas. Solar3D is working on new technology for the advancement of photovoltaic panels. The Sunworks division is focused on sales, installation and marketing of solar systems. The company can sell systems, set up leases and work with government programs, Nelson said.
