I would also submit that the distinction between "CTO" and "COT" is one that is meant to get around the restrictions placed on JB. There is very little difference.
Does anyone believe that he has any less influence on the business operations than he did when he had complete control?
He still calls the shots.
But that doesn't matter anymore. The technology is a joke perpetrated on investors based on fraudulent claims by the CEO/COT.
In all likelihood there was never a catalyst to be kept secret by anyone. No need to patent it because it didn't exist.
That was the secret.
