It is not false at all. All anyone can do now is to await the outcome of the announced proposals. There is a great deal of speculation on which way the wind is blowing. Once the town announces its amendments then the fate of site #1 will become known.
As Forest Gump says, that is all I have to say about that. Time now will tell.
Facts are facts. Whether you choose to believe them or not is entirely up to you. All I have done is to outline the situation, not the outcome. Certain matters have to be dealt with on an administrative level which is being done and to quote a famous authorr, "you don't know any more than a tea leaf knows the history of the East India Company."
As it stands site is is value added. End of story.
