hire a CFO for $150K... part of salary in shares...
spend $285K to get filings up to date...
spend $495K for parts order...
(anyone figure out where the $$$$$$ came from yet??? lol)...
CEO & CTO take no pay...
cover $100k/month payroll out of pocket of CEO (and CTO?)...
IF there is not a processor sale soon to be announced,
these GUYS are sure going BANKRUPT the most expensive way possible!!!!!

IMO there are CLEAR INDICATIONS that NOW to EOY is going to be NEWS WORTHY!
