So you must wait until the final vote is taken on the proposed amendments to determine if site #1 for medical mj is going to be included or excluded in the new amendments. On September 23 it was mentioned CEN had applied for the zoning amendment which has not yet been considered because it is deficient and information missing which is required as part of the application to be considered.
If the site is included then lawful conforming use will be considered to be a precedent and the company may be grandfathered in. Unfortunately that will not be known until a more complete proposal is forthcoming from the town of Lakeshore.
