Iy believe there are 250 million shares authorized. At 1 cent per share the mkt cap of company would be a mere 2.5 million dollars. One thousand investors putting up 2500 dollars would by the entire stock issued. Alas the lawlessness of the street could totally negate the purchase with air shares. Time to educamate the congress.
