This is going to get very interesting when Mr. Reid takes all the documents he provided the SEC and publishes them on our KMAG website and possibly puts them on social media.
If he publishes the name of a PCAOB sanctioned Auditor who verified KMAG's financials, this will be amazing. If he publishes audited Quarterly financials, audited annual Annual financials, the opinion of an Attorney, lists the Market Maker that sponsored KMAG and shows documents the SEC and FINRA required to be listed it will be historic in nature.
If the income shown by KMAG shows to be sizeable and reveals substantial growth, it will show criminal acts by the SEC and FINRA. If a legitimate, revered publisher like the Wall Street Journal grabs the story and provides an article, it could damage the SEC and FINRA irreparably. It would be a national event.
One way or another, somebody's going to get a royal butt kicking.
