Might I suggest you call your friendly neighborhood FAA or IRS regional office to find out.
I'm sure someone there would be more than willing to go out of their way to assist you in these matters...................
(BTW, you can look at post 8496 on the Private Board for an answer to those questions as of 9/26/2014........well, maybe not YOU, but many of the other posters/readers here who have enough common sense and self-restraint so as not to call any government agencies to "wake up a sleeping dog" for apparently no good reason at all!).
