I agree that they should be kissing CEN feet. But, when the license comes, I really would prefer if the MF's of the world to not have any viable town relationship related points to raise.
You said we are all set with the building department, but the council currently believes that CEN needs a building permit to finish the inside of the facility. Big picture the council issues will go away, I just don't like the short term ignoring that seems to be happenning.
If the town issues were resolved, you could bet we would see another PR announcing resolution, just as we saw one that called out the town.
It's easy to announce FITX long chants and look at fun good morning horizon messages, but these things further highlight what feels like distraction techniques. I am very long on this btw and very upside down. The town relationship concern is important. Bills path back from the Ukraine should go through Lakeshore town hall.
