After listening to the tirade of the city counsel meeting several more times I just can not believe it. It is incredible.
The ,'Lawyer ?' , who is representing the good neighbor's actually allowed, to spew from his mouth, that the counsel should send the letter to hold up the License, for the purpose to manipulate the share price, so we could not afford to have a legal battle with them. And the damn counsel agreed !!!!! Mind boggling to me. And now they think they actually have a leg to stand on ???? WOW. And it is recorded and documented this is the intent, even after allowing us to spend all of this money for improvements to the area.
