i see the usual games on the hub where basher/shorters take advantage of the fact that almost all companies have problems-and a majority of pennies seem to have suits- so all they have to do is inculcate the usual doubts /fear
i wish we could use this non basher site more in lieu of the basher site
anything to sow doubts for profit. Ient was never dannys company -he didnt have majority shares there etc like he purposefully arranged w MYGG to avoid those problems-so without an ient merger after he left ient he could not PR on ient.
and as long as danny has majority shares of MYGG and even if diluted to minority status he can legally object to actions taken by the board without his approval and have such reversed at a stockholder meeting which probably does not have to be officially called as long as danny is majority shareholder re any actions that took place while he is majority holder
besides any ethics violations arguments are possibly null and void as applied retroactively to actions argued on this board that took place PRIOR to the ethics code,which code now seems like a setup by those w ulterior motives who have tried to gain control.
