Matt has money in the Bank from the 504 started last year he last reporrted raising over a hundred thousand dollars. I would have to look back at the papers, but I believe that 504 ends in June. He also is working two IPOs for this year, which will generate a lot of money, I am not sure if he has sold his position in RIGH, I thought he had to wait until the name change but I spoke with Phil and he seems to think otherwise. An AS would do Matt no good, why raise the A/S if there would be no one to by the shares, an R/S would also destroy the company. Preferred shares will bring in a lot of money too. My question to everyone else is why do you think spending the money to advertise the TA would be a good idea? If he spends the money to advertise and no one decides to use Baron as there TA then we are done! If he holds off on advertising and uses the money to get a Brokerage then we will have huge revenues coming in to support the advertisement of the TA. It just makes good sense to me.
