If any new regulations were added in for HC, I would think the news laws would not apply as FITX called for inspection months before anything added in, we asked for it inspection when HC had specific requirements. Would not be very fair to a company that does everything needed then last second the rules change. Probably HC would say "also address this in 1 year or lose license, so for now, here is your license"
