RAMIRENT AND VEIDEKKE RENEW COOPERATION AGREEMENT IN NORWAY

Vantaa, Finland, 2014-10-01 10:00 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --

Ramirent and Veidekke have signed a three-year nationwide cooperation agreement in Norway. The value of the agreement is not disclosed.

”The new agreement is a simplification and improvement of our previous agreement structure. We have been cooperating for long and during this time we have become acquainted with one another’s strengths and weaknesses. Our new agreement will make way for improved communication and cooperation between both companies,” says Sourcing Manager of Veidekke Entreprenør, Ole Jakob Nes.

The agreement covers the whole assortment of both Ramirent and Veidekke, from light and heavy machinery to modules and hoists. Veidekke has some 200-300 ongoing projects throughout the country.

”Especially in the large and complex projects a professional rental company makes all the difference. Ramirent contributes not only with machines, but also with project knowhow and management which we value. We feel reassured that the job will get done when Ramirent is part of the team,” Ole Jakob Nes continues.

”Veidekke is a large and demanding customer that sets high requirements in all that we do, from Health and Safety matters, to sourcing and project management all the way to integrated solutions. We are proud to have Veidekke as our customer and we look forward to solve both small and large projects together also in the future,” comments Gunstein Lauvrak, South East Regional Director, Ramirent Norway.
