"We have agricultural zoning. Marihuana is a plant. Our land has been farmed at both sites with crops which gives us what is called "Legal- nonconforming use" if Lakeshore chooses to write, adopt and implement bylaws with respect to marihuana facilities."
Is Bill saying that we have been growing at both sites? Lakeshore council keeps saying that the buildings are empty but I'm wondering when they were last inside.
I also thought it was curious how the attorney who is bringing litigation against Lakeshore regarding the CEN zoning issues was suddenly their new best friend. He got everything he asked for and essentially directed the council to draft a letter to HC. The council seems to sway with whatever wind is blowing which is why ,I'm sure, CEN Biotech was asked not to attend.
