I pasted the following link in my previous post but wanted to make sure you had the current news:

In reference to your question, I think the SEC will give the Notice of Effectiveness no later than October 20th if they are going to approve the current S-1/A. I have a feeling the SEC is being very particular with mCig/VitaCig but it will eventually happen. I started checking for the Notice of Effectiveness this morning and will continue to do so until we hear otherwise.
