you are buying shares in fitx which is creative edge nutrition, however fitx also owns cen biotech which is considered a "subsidiary" of creative edge. For example Fedex Corp in the main company but they also own Fedex Ground, Fedex Custom Critical, Fedex express etc, those are subsidiaries of Fedex Corp.
