If I remember this right. it's 6 people at any one time. max is 6000 sq. ft. for processing. growing can use all people they need. That sounds like 18 full time hours + a couple part time. full time = 40 hours a week. not needed every week. This is working 7 day a week. This is the max. of about 36 employee for processing. IF I AM RIGHT.
