OTOW was pumped at .09 a few weeks back by stockgoodies , now at .014 here on 9/30 .this is one of many what I call "rinse and repeat stocks" out there that pay groups to pump them and create bagholders to the new folks that land on their many websites claiming that they have the inside information on the newest hot stock.
