Doesn't bode well in my opinion that Cass is not mentioned on the team. Not to mention, Hell, he was the Mayor of Geneva for 8 years, becoming the GM of a crappy little ewaste facility of only 50K sq. ft.!!! Really??
Of course, this could be on the up and up since Geneva is a crappy little back-water town in nowhere between the larger but still crappy upper NY towns of Rochester and Syracuse, and where employment must be difficult.
In any case, look at the map. It's the worst possible, isolated place to locate an ewaste plant, for which everything is location, location, location due to logistics. Ever been to Hoboken ,NJ or Brooklyn? There's cheap warehouses all over in run down neighborhoods that would be close to NYC and so many huge suburbs, perfectly located for moving mucho used electronics. So if you want NY state, why Geneva? Am I missing something?
