2 months to fix deficiencies? April 30 HC as notif

2 months to fix deficiencies? April 30 HC as notified "ready for inspection", not until July 31 inspections were conducted it took HC 3 months to visit the site. Now we were just told of "deficiencies". HC was notified last Friday just one working business day that "hey we are ready". It took CenBioTech 2 months from July 31 to Sept. 26 to fix these deficiencies? How long will it take for HC to revisit the site?
My issue was that we were told back in July 31 hey we are good all we are waiting for is license it's on HC now we are learning it wasnt HC, HC was waiting on FITX to fix it's "deficiencies" which were just completed and HC has been notified just last Friday. Are you kidding me?
