From my understanding on the ,'grandfathering', issue. I think which ever buildings are constructed, PRIOR, to the new amendments for zoning regulations, then those would fall under the clause. Any after would need to follow the new guidelines. Now, this is provided that there are no emanate safety or health issues, which would override for that particular amendment. To my knowledge there are none.
Now, that said, I think we would over time bring up any facility issues to the newer standards. That would just make good sense to do with respect to the town, and the counsel. But, that would be a choice to be made by the company. JMO
